There are still a few things which need to be addressed: -the windows in the bedrooms do not meet egress requirements as specified by code. -the windows on the first floor stair landing need to be tempered. -1 see the lumber sizes now match between floor plan and building sections. I ask that you please specify which grade lumber you are proposing... I do feel that you are over spanned for these joists. Please double check your calculations and specify which lumber grade will be used. We may ask for additional certification from you that the proper lumber grade was used by the builder after the work has been done.
