Open Mtg at 4:10 PM

Jack— Discussion regarding holding an additional meeting each month. Decision is to hold an
additional meeting on an as needed basis and sub-committees will meet as needed as well.
Zoning update—Supervisor Krupski still much work to do. Heather informed possibly May or
early June. Town to hold six hamlet-based meetings. Businesses in late June.
Synergy Summit—Sub Committee consists of Jennifer, Regan, Brent, Amanda, Lucine. First
meeting to be held March 18, 2025, at 4:30 PM in the Annex Bank Room. Team working on list
of invitees. Press release will be sent. To be held at Raphael. Sub -Committee will report their
results at EDC meetings.
BIZCHATS—Tabled until the fall.
Business Resource Platform —On hold.
Constant Contact—Gynnn working on it. Brian will assist.
