IV. RESOLUTIONS
a) Resolution: To authorize advertising of hearings for the Regular Meeting to be held on
Thursday, May 1, 2025. A Work Session will begin at 9:00 AM, and Public Hearings will
commence at 10:00 A.M.
b) Resolution: To approve minutes from the April 3, 2024 Regular Meeting.
c) Resolution: To grant a one year extension to #7609, Bay Beach, LLC, 1055 Bay Home
Road, Southold. SCTM No. 1000-56-5-35. To Expire April 21, 2026.
