1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Construct a timber dock(comprised entirely of untreated materials,including open-grate decking),
consisting of a 4'x 50'fixed catwalk,3'x 12'metal ramp,and 6'x 16'float secured by two(2)8-inch
diameter piles,all as depicted on the site plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated February 14,.2025.
2. That the property which is,the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
2155 Laurel Way,Matituck
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
