P .# 16662Z December 22 , 1988 Upon complaint of owner , on December 21 , 1988 , Curtis Horton , Senior Building Inspector , and 1 , Victor Lessard , Principal Tnnpector , made a physical innpetCion of the dwelling in question . We arrived shortly after eleven a . m . and observed the following : I ) Discrepancy in front stoop stair risers 2.) Chimney not properly completed 3) Vinyl siding not applied properly and outside corner not fastened : . . 4 ) No railing to patio ( deck) from doorway . (varied stair risers) Upon entering dwelling , invited in by Mrs . Mar. cin, we started in the cellar anJ wurked our way to attic and observed the following : a) Effort was being made to put flitch plated on girder b) New oil burner appears to be improperly instal— led . 1:resh air return was blowing out ; hot water tank leaking; 2nd flour out receiving adequate heat . c) New waste lines installed from first floor area'" and hovked to k�xistiug waste .
