Gentlemen:
This is to advise you that the following resolution was
passed by the Southold Town Planning Board at a regular meet-
ing held on March 16, 1971:
In the matter of the original petition of W. Gordon
and Lucy J. Ahman, Fishers Island, New York, relative to
change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural
District to "B-2" Business District on certain property
situated at Madeline and Central Avenue, Fishers Island,
New York:
"IT WAS RESOLVED that the $outhold Town Planning Board
favorably recommend to the Southold Town Board the change of
zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B-2"
Business District on the above described property."
It is the opinion of the Planning Board that this
proposed change of zone will be in harmony with the pro-
posed heavy industrial district, which is immediately
adjacent to this property on the south.
