The Southold Town Board at their regular meeting held on April 1, 2025 adopted the resolution
referenced above. A Certified copy is enclosed.
Please prepare an official report defining the Planning Department's recommendations with
regard to this request of a Moratorium waiver and forward it to me at a suitable time in order to
allow sufficient time for the Town Board to review it before the public hearing. The date and
time for the public hearing is 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 13, 2025 respectfully. Please do not

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2025-253 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
APRIL 1, 2025:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing at
7:00 P.M. on May 13th, 2025, at Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,New York
11971, concerning the application of 9025 Main Road LLC, property located at 9025 Route 25,
Mattituck, NY, (SCTM#122.-6-22.1 & 28) for a waiver from the Local Law 13 of 2024,
entitled "A Local Law to Impose an Interim or Temporary Suspension on Review, Approval
and/or Issuance of all permits for or Relating to New Development of Resorts, Hotels or Motels"
in the Town of Southold. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to refer the application to the
Planning Board for comment and SEQRA determination.
