You are hereby given notice:
1_ That the,undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a
Conservation Subdivision,
2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your
property and is described as follows:SCTM#1000-17.-4-16, 1000-17.-6-14.2, 1000-18A
30.3, and 1000-18.-6-17.3
3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the R-80 and R-200
Zoning District;
4. This proposal is for an 80/60 Conservation Subdivision of four parcels SCTWs 1000-17-
4-16;1000-17-5-14.2, 1000-18-3-30.3 and 1000-18-6-17.3(total area=112 acres) into 17
residential lots,with 94 acres to be preserved_This project proposes the transfer of yield
pursuant to§240-42 G of the Southold Town Code:
SCTM#1O00-17-4-16(North:Dyer)equals 21.15 acres and is proposed to be subdivided
into 7 lots, ranging in size from 0.86 to 0.90 acres. This property includes a 30'wide
,private right-of-way and 1254 acres of preserved subdivision open space inclusive of
5.77 acres of unbuildable lands.
SCTM#1'000-17-6-14.2(South Dyer)equals 35.34 acres and is proposed to be
subdivided into 4 residential lots ranging in size from 0.82 to 0.92 acres and served by a
private right of way. Development rights are proposed to be sold on 31 93 acres,
exclusive:of a 0:49 acre reserve area for agri.pultural-related,use, 1.26-acre area of
subdivision open space and 13.38 acres of unbuildable lands.
SCTW1000-18-3-30.3(North Brown)equals 28.74 acres proposed to be subdivided iryto
4 lots ranging in size from 121 acres to 145 acres, and Lot 5 a 22.06-acre lot with
developments rights proposed to be sold and a .475 developable reserve area. This
property includes a 1.53-acre private right-of-.way.
SCTM#1000-18-67,17.3(South Brown)equals 26.67 acres proposed to be subdivided,
where Lot 1 equals 0.92 acres including a 0.32=acre access driveway.This property
includes 24.80 acres of open space inclusive of 0.62 acre of unbuildable lands.
