The inspection covered the trench foundation and block wall for the new addition. The inspection results are: Items inspected included trench footing width and depth, footing rebar size and spacing. Block wall, rat slab and foundation ventilation. The footing and foundation work was done according to approved plans and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC, NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
