Good morning Joan,
I am reviewing the as-built plan for the Fragaszy residence in New Suffolk. There is some information missing from the
drawings..
With walls being removed,were either bearing? Is there a header which needs to be indicated? How was the existing
structure altered?
Please provide the floor frame info for the kitchen expanded into the garage. There should be a section detail drawn
which shows how the wall met the garage floor and how it was air sealed. Additionally,what is the ceiling information?
Provide footing and framing information for the wood entry stoop and shower area.
The window in the bathroom over the tub.. is this tempered?
Once I have this additional information, I'll be able to complete the review for permit.
