Good morning Lisa,
I am reviewing the application for the proposed pool at 2550 Haywaters Road,
Cutchogue.
While the pool is proposed in a conforming location, according to our records, the existing
sanitary system is within about 10 feet or so from where the pool is to be located. You
are required to maintain a minimum distance of 20 feet from the septic system. .
Please advise how you would like to address the site plan.
