BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the East side of Fifth Street and the South side of Wiggins Street;
RUNNING THENCE;South 88 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East along the South side of Wiggins Street,166.65 feet to
an iron pipe and land of the Commissioner of Welfare;
THENCE RUNNING South 6 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West,along the last-mentioned land,67 feet to an iron pipe
and land of Joseph Lupshewitz;
THENCE RUNNING North 82 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds West along last mentioned land,165.91 feet to an iron pipe

THENCE RUNNING along the East side of Fifth Street,North 6 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East,50 feet to the point

Said premises being known as 458 Fifth Street,Greenporl,NY 11944.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated April 1,2002,and recorded
on 5/3/2002 in Office of the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,in Book 12183,Page 947.
SUBJECT to the Grantor, PASQUALE CRESCENZO,reserving for his life,the possession,use and enjoyment of the
premises. Said possession, use and enjoyment shall be personal to the Grantor. The Grantor will pay all taxes and
maintenance fees of the premises during the Grantor's lifetime.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns
of the parry of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
AND the party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party of the first part is seized of the said premises in
fee simple,and has good right to convey the same;that the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said
premises;that the said premises are free from encumbrances,except as aforesaid;that the party of the first par;w1il
execute or procure any further necessary assurance of the title to said premises;and that said party of the first pan will
forever warrant the title to said premises.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
