Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York and known and designated as Lot No. Three Hundred and
Thirty-Six (336), on Map entitled, Map of Section D Nassau Point Club Properties Inc., situated on
Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New
York, March 24th, 1926, filed May 7, 1926 as Map No. 806, said Lot being bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Vanston Road (Old Cove Road) where the same is
