WITNESSETH,that Grantor,in consideration of Ten Dollars($10.00)and other valuable consideration paid
by Grantee, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims unto Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of
Grantee forever, all of Grantor's interest in and to,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate
in the Town of Southold,the County of Suffolk, and State of New York,being more particularly described

Being the same property conveyed to Grantor by deed recorded on November 17, 1994, in Deed Book
D00011702,Page 953, in the Clerk's Office of Suffolk County,New York.
Said premises having an address of: 3865 Bridge Lane,Cutchogue,NY 11935
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of Grantor in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
Grantee,the heirs or successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
AND Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantor will receive the
consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The words "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall be construed to read in the plural whenever the sense of this
deed so requires.

Lot 1 as shown on a certain map entitled Minor Subdivision Map"Shalvey Properties" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County as Map 8975 on July 16, 1990, being more particularly bounded and

the purpose of preparing this instrument; has prepared the instrument only from information given to preparer by the
parties and/or their representatives;has not verified the accuracy of the consideration stated to have been paid or upon
which any tax may have been calculated; has not verified the legal existence or authority of any parry or person
executing the document;has not been requested to provide nor has preparer provided a title search, an examination of
