Conklin (widower) of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part AND, Turner B. Conklin, Richard B. Conklin, Ruth V. Conklin, Anna M. Conklin of the said Village of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York and Vernette LeValley and. Clarence R. Bennett of Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the second part . WITNESSETH that the party of the first part in consideration of One ( $1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States and other valuable considerations p^td by the parties of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the parties of the second part , their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 1/3 part of the following described premises in the proportion as follows: To my son, Turner B. Conklin of Greenport, Suffolk County, Ndw York, 1/5 of the said undivided 1/3 part. To my son, Richard B. Conklin of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York., 1/5 of the said undivided 1/3 part. To my daughter, Ruth V. Conklin of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, 1/5 of the said undivided 1/3 part. To my daughter, Anna IQ. Conklin of Greenport , Sui'folk County, New York, 1/5 of the said undivided 1/3 part. To my granddaughter Vernette LeValley of Yattituck, Suffolk County, New York, 1/10 of the said undivided 1/3 part. To my grandson Clarence R. Bennett of Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, 1/10 of the said undivided 1/3 part . H. Bateman, Engineer and Surveyor, Shelter Island, N. Y. is known and designated as and by the Lot Number Fifty-nine ( 59) , which said Lot is bounded P.nd described as follows, viz:- Commencing at the northeasterly corner thereof n.nd running thence westerly Ninety (QO) feet along the southerly side of Front Street to the east- erly corner of Seventh Street as shown on said map; thence southerly along the easterly side if Seventh Street to the northerly side of Wiggins Street, TTinet�i ( 90) feet ; thence northerly to the point or place of beginning.
