Containing one hundred one and 556/1000 (101.556) acres, be the same more or' less, as shown on survey made by Halsey and Van Tuyl, Civil Engineers, dated July 28, 1920, TOGETHER E_R with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, highway, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or adjoining said premises, to the centre line thereof. TOGETHER with an easement for street purposes over so much of the land of the parties of the first part as is included in the following descriptions hEGIaIQQ at a point on the Easterly side of Moores Lane where the Southwesterly corner of land belonging to the parties of the first part adjoins the Northwesterly cor- ner of land belonging to the party of the second part; run- ning thence Northerly along the Easterly si-ie of said Moores Lane sixty (60) feet; thence Easterly on a line at right angles to said Moorets Lane to a point in the Northerly line of North Street extended and in or near the Westerly boundar of the Village of Greenport; thence from said point in a straight line to a point where the Northerly line of North Street as now laid out meets the Easterly line of the land of the parties of the first part; thence Southerly along 4 - said Easterly line of the land of the parties of the first part sixty (60) feet more or less to the Southerly line of North Street as now laid out; thence Westerly in the ex- tension of said Southerly line of Forth Street to a point in or near the Westerly boundary of the Village of Greenpor sixty (60) feet south of the point in or near said Village boundary first above referred to; and thence ''Oesterly on a line at right angles to Moore' s Lane to the Easterly side of said lane at the point or place of beginning. Being an extension of North Street as now laid out and being sixty (60) feet in width, nri th the Northerly and Southerly lines parallel to each other as shown on a diagram to be annexed to the deed. Expressly excluding so much of the land now or formerly of the Price Estate and of the School Dis"rict Number 10 of the Town of Southold as is included in the above description. TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the es- tate which the said testator had at the time of his decease in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the parties of the first part have or have power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise. TO_gAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever. SUBJECT to a lease expiring April 6, 1938, of a part of said premises to The Mechanicst Baseball Team of the Village of Greenport.
