Southold Building Department:
As the architect involved with the demolition of the existing residence at 9180 Nassau
Point Road, Cutchogue, I can say that no asbestos or lead was observed in the structure.
If during the course of demolition, any asbestos or lead is discovered it will be removed
and legally disposed of All work will be performed by licensed Coastal Contractors.

Project Description: Demolish existing dwelling; with the condition that all
existing trees are to remain.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
site plan prepared by Frederick Robert Weber, Architect, received on January 3,
2025, and stamped approved on January 15, 2025.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
