BEING AND INTENDED to be that parcels of land carried on the tax rolls of the Town of
Southold under Suffolk County Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real Property Tax Service
Agency as District 1000, Section 057.00, Block 01.00, Lot 001.000 and District 1000, Section
057.00, Block 01.00, Lot 002.000.
FURTHER,notwithstanding the above description, it is the intention of this conveyance to
give title only to such property as was acquired by the County of Suffolk by Tax Deed (1000-
057.00-01.00-001.000) on September 29, 2015, from Barry S. Paul., as County Treasurer of
Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on October 1, 2015, in Liber 12834,CP 870 and Tax
Deed(1000-057.00-01.00-002.000)on January 6,2017,from John M. Kennedy,Jr.,as County
Comptroller of Suffolk County,New York,and recorded on December 27,2016,in Liber 12895,
CP 472.
PROVIDED, however, that the party of the second part will be restricted in its use of the
subject premises and will use said premises solely and exclusively for open space purposes;
with all right title and interest reverting to the party of the first part:
1) If the property is not used for the above-described public governmental purposes within
three(3)years after delivery of the deed to the party of the second part;or
2)If the party of the second part attempts to sell,transfer,or otherwise dispose of the property
or does sell,said property being used thereafter for the above described public governmental
purposes,at any time,uses or attempts to use said subject premises for other than municipal
purposes or attempts to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of said subject premises without
said premises being used thereafter for municipal purposes.This covenant and restriction shall
run with the land and shall bind the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part,
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part
