We will also need the application and the fee. Please see attached. As per your email, it sounds like you are looking for a merger determination. That would require a single and separate search from a title company,your surveys, and a building permit application. Please confirm the title company indemnifies the search for$25k. If found to be merged,we would then write a disapproval for you and you would go to zoning for a waiver of merger. Regardless of the merger,you would still need to start with the Pre CO.
