I am working with the Adamovicz family to design some alterations to the
existing house on the property at 1520 Bay Ave. in East Marion.
I have enclosed a notarized authorization from them as well as a survey
dated October 24, 2024 by Ken Woychuk and several Site Plans that I
drafted based on his survey. Before we venture much further into our plans
for this property I think it would be helpful to have a meeting at the site and
discuss the challenges of this property.
