According to the Chapter 97, WETLANDS AND SHORLINE GENERAL REFERENCES, the setback for a pool from the wetland boundary is listed as, (e) Swimming Pool and related structures-fifty (50) feet. It appears that our project falls into that scope. We are requesting a site visit from a Town of Southold Trustee to view our property on February 5, 2025. Our permission is given for the entrance of our property at that time. Can you please be so kind as to let us know by phone or email when the visit will take place in order for us to be there during the site inspection. Thank you so much for your consideration.
