YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Demolish and remove existing 1-story dwelling and accessory garage,and construct 56 feet farther
landward a new 1 &2-story,3,251 sf(footprint)single-family dwelling and attached garage(228 sf within
100-foot wetlands setback)with 352 sf attached deck/pergola, 157 sf partially covered attached deck,and
53 sf roofed-over landing;construct a 340 sf raised(18")uncovered masonry patio,79 if of 18"-high stone
retaining wall,a 17'x 40'swimming pool(equipped with saltwater filtration system),and 841 sf
grade-level masonry pool patio;remove and replace(in-place)existing 213 sf grade-level masonry patio
and steps adjacent to bulkhead;install 4'high pool enclosure fencing;remove existing septic system less
than 100 feet from wetlands and install new I/A OWTS sanitary system more than 100 feet from wetlands;
install a stormwater drainage system;remove 3 mature hardwood trees located within 100 feet of wetlands;
and replant 3 native hardwood trees within 100 feet of wetlands,all as depicted on the site plan prepared by
Marshall Paetzel Landscape Architecture,dated November 1,2024.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
