below are the calculation in reference to the above accessory
apartment.
(1) Total square feet of the existing first and second floor
area including the conversion of the existing second floor
storage area into bedroom #5 and bath room.
Excluding existing garage area total existing area = 5,284 ft. sq.
(2) 25% of the existing dwelling living area = 5 ,284 x . 25 =
1 , 321 sq. ft .
(3) Area of proposed accessory apartment = 1 ,188 sq. ft .
(133 sq. ft. less than the maximum sq. ft . permitted)
(4) 25% -of existing living area = 1 ,321 sq. ft. Proposed
expansion of the foundation for accessory apartment
