Informational workshop sticker results overall results a. Top priorities-preservation of farmland and preservation of character -hotel use and affordable housing for future generations b. A lot of concerns not related to zoning were brought up (i.e., better traffic enforcement, trash pickup etc.) i. Find a way to address them ii. Show the people they're being listened to c. Idea from Fishers Island; dormitory style housing for seasonal workers i. Would this work for the rest of the town? ii. How do we implement this into the code? d. Hotel Moratorium i. Include other intense uses, not just hotels 2. Review zoning maps in person next time. 3.
