The premises herein being and intended to be the same premises as described in a deed made by Cindy Ann Nappo
as Trustee of the William and Barbara Demarino Trust dated 0511112023 and recorded 0 8/1 7120 23 in Liber 13214 page
477 in the Suffolk County Clerks Office.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part,in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-
described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, known and designated as all of Lot No. 65 and the Westerly half of Lot No. 66, in
Block 4, as shown on a certain map of"Captain Kidd Estates"filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672. Said premises are more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a drill hole in concrete block wall, at the intersection of the Easterly line
