Case, south side North Road, Peconic, New York. This would be an extension of an existing "B" Business District and would be in harmony with the character of the area. It is specifically pointed out that the frontage of this parcel on North Road should be extended to 50 feet to conform with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
