This correction deed corrects deed dated September 25,2012,and recorded in Liber 12715,Page 329 to
correct the parties interest and delete the language"husband and wife"and amend it to "as Tenants in
Common."
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 8,2017 in Liber 12941 page 552.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Willow Drive, distant 624.87 feet
southeasterly from the extreme southeasterly end of a curve which connects the southwesterly
side of Willow Drive with the southeasterly side of Pine Terrace;
RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along the southwesterly side of Willow Drive the following
two (2) courses and distances:
1. Along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 560.00 feet, a distance of
98.93 feet;
2. South 61 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.88 feet;
THENCE South 28 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, 202.20 feet;
THENCE South 80 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds West, 74.07 feet;
THENCE North 18 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 217.88 feet;
THENCE North 38 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East, 111.11 feet, to the southwesterly
side of Willow Drive,the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to a right of way over the street on said filed map for access to the nearest
public highway.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
