abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parry of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.

particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ai a point oft the easterly side of Brigantine Drive,distant northerly and easterly 801.73 feet form the
intersection of the easterly side of Brigantine Drive with the northerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Brigantine Drive North 58 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.00
feet to the division line between Lot 68 and 69,on said map;

the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map#4362;said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the
average high water mark on Peconic Bay and having a length of 900 feet;more or less,as measured along the ordinary
high water mark and said parking area having a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately
150 feet running westerly along said street from Lot No.7 and having a depth of not Icss that 150 feet northerly of Harbe.
