monument;
THENCE North 51 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, 25.09 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 80 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, 258.35 feet to a point at the
shore of Little Hay Harbor,the last three lines abutting southeasterly on land formerly of
Anne Hyde Patterson;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction, following the shore at high water taking in all that
portion of land which was formerly an island,which is now connected with the mainland by
a narrow neck of land, around said former island and then in a southerly direction a total
