Purpose - The purpose of this local law is to allow for accessory structure exemption. II. Chapter 280 of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended to include the underlined words and remove the struck through words as follows: §280-15 Accessory Buildings and Structures In the Agricultural-Conservation District and Low-Density Residential R-80, R-120, R-200 and R-400 Districts, accessory buildings and structures or other accessory uses shall be located in the required rear yard, subject to the following requirements: G. III. SEVERABILITY If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this Local Law shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid. IV.
