RE: Wetland Permit Pre Application Inspection Request
Situate: 310 The Strand,East Marion
SCTM No. 1000-21-5-5
Dear Mr. Goldsmith:
Please view this letter as a formal request for a pre-inspection meeting at the above referenced property
with the Board. The proposed project will consist of the following:remodeling the residence,
constructing a full second floor where partial second floor exists,reconstructing and expanding the rear
second floor deck across the entire face of the residence and constructing a swimming pool with patio
surround(with drywells and pool equipment)
In support of this request,please find the inspection fee in the amount of$150.00 paid by Stephan
Segouin,no 5146 dated 10/7/24. I will meet you at the property for the inspection and review the project
during the site meeting. If you would please place this application on the schedule for the December 2024
inspection and let me know the window of inspection time. Thank you.
