Although the slab type used for the foundation differs from the haunch slab specified in the original drawings, I have reviewed the construction and approve of the slab type used. The slab installed is structurally sound, meets the necessary requirements for the intended use of the pool house, and complies with the 2020 Residential Code of New York State.
