The Board is thoroughly familiar with the area, and since the opposite side of the street for the full length is already "B" Business it is expected this whole area will be "B°' Business on the south side of the road in the not too distant future. Very truly yours, (signed) John Wickham John Wickham, Chairman Southold Town Planning Bcard Is there anyone present who wishes to speak in favor of this amendment of the Zoning Ordinance? MRS. GRACE R. NICKLES, Biexedon, Southold, New York: I am the ownerof the property. I would like to express my sentiments that I have owned this property for a long time. I have been in the real estate business off the main road and feel it is necessary to have an office on the Main Road. The whole property on the south side of the road, rather the north side of the road, facing me is "B" Business, and a little ways up the road on the south side of the road is also "B" Business I intend to put up a real estate office which I feel is not an objectionable business. SUPERVISOR TUTHILL: Is there anyone who wishes to say anything against this application. Is there anyone who wishes to say anything else in favor of this application or in relation to the matter? (There was no response.) SUPERVISOR TUTHILL: Hearing none I will declare the hearing closed. The Town Board will deliberate further on this.
