February 3, 1960, Report to: Gentlemen: This is to certify that the Southold Town Board Southold, New York following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board at its meeting on February 1, 1960: In the matter of the petiton of George G. Bailey, Broadwaters Drive, Nassau Point, for a change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District on certain real property situated at south side Main Road, Cutchogue, New York, approximately 400 ft. west of Bay Avenue, with a frontage of 66 ft. and depth of 165 ft., bounded easterly and southerly by land of William Midgley, westerly by Walter Silleck and northerly by Main Road, but more particularly bounded and described as follows: (Deed description) Beginning at a point marking the northwesterly corner of the tract hereby conveyed, and the northeasterly corner of the lands now or formerly of Oscar Silleck, on the southerly margin of the Main highway running through Peconic; thence running southerly by and with said lands now or formerly of Oscar Silleck ten (10) rods to land now or formerly of Daniel V. HAROLD PRICE, Leslie Road, Peconic, also like to speak in favor of the change as not as Highway Superintendent. the location of this property, and I am probably as near to George as anyone, and I and I would New York: I would a resident of Peconic, So that everyone might understand it is a small piece of property just west of Richmonds Store which is a jog in the present "B" Business district. Bailey was granted. All members of the Board voted to grant the appli- cation pursuant to the following resolution: WHEREAS George G.
