The above-listed property is subject to a Town Development Rights Easement("Easement"). On
August 6,2024 the Land Preservation Committee discussed the landowner's request to install
sign on the above-listed property,reading"Sannino Vineyards '/4 Mile Ahead"on the east-facing
side, and"Sannino Vineyard '/4 Mile Back"on the west-facing side. The Committee determined
the request was consistent with the terms of the Easement.
On August 6,2024,the Committee passed the following motion:
MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Sam McCullough:
The Land Preservation Committee has reviewed and discussed AgriTurismo II's request
to install a sign on lands subject to a recorded Town Development Rights Easement. The
Land Preservation Committee finds that the proposed improvements are not in conflict
with the purposes and other terms and conditions of the recorded Easement.
