BEGINNING at a found concrete found on the Southeasterly side of Main Road (S.R. 25)distant 128.84 feet Northeasterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northeasterly side of Bay Avenue and the Southeasterly side of Main
Road, said point also being where the division line between the premises insured herein and land now or formerly of Kevin

RUNNING THENCE along said Southeasterly side of Main Road, the following two (2) courses and distances:
