Proposed±12.8'x 55' irregular rear deck. Existing rear slate patio to be removed. Deck to be wood or
composite and approximately 50 cubic feet to be excavated for deck footings. Steps on north side of
deck to lead to±16'x 6' pebble walk at grade with surrounding 4'fence and±6'x 5.3'outdoor shower.
Pebble walk to continue under outdoor shower. Non-turf buffer to be established as shown on plans and
planted with native, non-fertilizer dependent vegetation as needed.
