The inspection covered the framing for the new rear deck structure. The areas inspected included the structural framing for the deck. The inspection results are: Items inspected included lumber type/grade, lumber size, dimensional spacing, framing connections,header sizes, bearing, continuity strapping and integration with the concrete foundation.
