Dear Board of Trustees,
I am a land owner on Fishers Island, NY, lot number given above and I am applying for a building
permit. I have been working with Pete Parent of CHA Solutions of Connecticut (also licensed in
NY)to site the house and develop the"site plan. We have planned the site work to comply with
Southold regulations for setbacks from the wetlands/critical slopes of the site.
Pete Parent states: 11 I believe all of the work on your property is outside of the Trustee
Jurisdiction. The face of the lowest retaining wall is right at the 100-foot mark,but landscaping can
extend to within 50-feet." and is in compliance with the Setbacks outlined below.
