THIS DEED is a Confirmatory Deed being recorded for the purpose of confirming the perimeter
description after the copveyance of the property owned by Little White House LLC to Vines on
Mill LLC by deed dated yI 10 ,2024,and to be recorded herewith in accordance with the
resolution of the Planning Eroard of the Town of Southold,dated April 9,2024. By accepting this
Deed,the party of the second part acknowledges and agrees that the premises conveyed hereby
(being all of SCTM No.1000-115.00-02.00-002.003)shall merge and become a part of the premises
of the party of the second part adjoining the remaining premises to the northwest(SCTM No.
1000-115.00-02.00-002.004 and 003.002)and shall not,except as to so merged with such
remaining premises,constitute a separate building site under applicable laws,ordinances, rules
and regulations.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the frst part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
