erected, situate, lying and being at New Suffolk, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Second Street, 142 feet southerly from its
intersection with the southerly line of Jackson Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Second Street, South 5 degrees 05 minutes
West 66.14 feet to land of Wetzel;
RUNNING THENCE along lands of Wetzel and Larsen, South 87 degrees 21 minutes
