ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 12 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Angel Shores"and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
August 23, 1995 as Map No. 9729, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Water Terrace where same is intersected by the
division line between Lots 12 and 13 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds East, along the easterly side of
Water Terrace, 150.00 feet;
THENCE South 66 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East, 200.00 feet;
