Cleaves Point Rd, East Marion.
We propose to renovate the existing single story 3-bedroom home. Adding a 2"d story with
sleeping upstairs and living area on the ground floor. New thermal windows and doors, replace
thin brick tile with cedar shingle, new roof. No change to building footprint, no change to
location.
We also propose the installation of solar panels as a primary source of electric for the home.
