P.O. Box 1179 Southold,NY 11971 Dear Trustees, We Lessard Design PLLC(Architect) would like to request an informal onsite meeting at 2835 Shipyard Lane. The purpose of the meeting is to review existing buildings that we anticipate removing from the property and review modifications to the ones that remain. Attached to this is a basic outline of the property with an overlay of the erosion control zone and the existing buildings identified. The building closest to the water is currently under duress and will be removed. The building outside of the erosion control zone is anticipated to remain and be repurposed with a new approved use. As part of the onsite visit we would also like to discuss improvements/preservation of the shoreline and modifications/updates to the marina.
