The variance.is for.a7'.side yard setback_of_the.extension whereas the required side yard setback is 10'. The hearing will be on Thursday,December 5a`at loam, Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold. It will be in person as well as via Zoom. Our proposed extension at the church will be approximately 405 sq ft on the west side of the church. Please see the attached site plan which shows the location of the extension on a survey. The extension will provide extra space for many church activities such as coffee hour,vestry meetings,Bible study, and choir rehearsal. The extension will have gothic windows and a stucco exterior to match the current church architecture, and will enhance the look of the church,blending beautifully with the current church and the neighborhood.
