Dear Mr. Verity:
In reviewing our records, we find that Certificates of
Occupancy for the above numbered building permits have never
been issued.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold Arti~ls
X2YVII Chap. 100-281 a building permit is ~eeded for
monstruction of an addition to an existing dwelling. In
addition according to Chapter 100-284 it is up, awful to occupy
or use said addition or accessory structure without a
Certificate of Occupancy.
In order to avoid legal action, you must contact this office
immediatel~ ~o resolve these violations.
