Please be advised that for the section of bulkhead that appears to be proposed to be removed with new built within property lines, you still need owner permission to cross over the lot line and do any work on their property. Either get a letter from the neighbor authorizing the removal of said bulkhead & return section and make repairs so their land is to be secured in place somehow, or change the project to have that section of bulkhead to remain up to the lot line and not touched, and you connect the new to it so there is no gap. Until one or the other is submitted the application is still tabled from a public hearing. Mza ieth earatwU Administrative Assistant Town of Southold Board of Trustees Office: 631-765-1892 Email: elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov From:Cantrell, Elizabeth Sent:Thursday, October 19, 2023 3:53 PM To: 'JJPatanjo@gmail.com'<JJPatanjo@gmail.com> Subject:Curto;SCTM#1000-111-1-16 Jeff, The office is in receipt of the application referenced above and it was deemed incomplete. Work is being proposed outside the property lines so an original signed/notarized letter from that property owner(s) must be submitted. The entire area along the bulkhead has non-pervious structure. Your project description makes no mention of said structures and if they will remain undisturbed or removed/replaced. If removed and replaced the raised patio requires a ZBA variance as it is not on grade. If work is necessary for the patios as-built fees are due . Also, the board has looked at this and may be requiring drainage for the patios/decks as to ensure runoff does not go into the water. These are just the initial issues noticed. Please update the application accordingly and submit any revisions prior to this application being placed on an agenda. Also, please make note that given the amount of applications coming through this office, the Board is considering mailing back incomplete applications like this one without a detailed review.
