I herewith certify to the best of my knowledge that all work to construct a 17 SF addition to enlarge the bathroom and reconstruct the front porch with new footings and a new floor system to align with the existing cottage floor was performed as per the architect's submitted permit plans and specifications and all applicable NYS codes as they relate to seasonal cottages. The only exception is that the owners decided to leave the kitchen as is and not to pursue a wider opening to the front porch as depicted in the permit application.
