Very truly yours, Hailey Jackson Civil Site Engineer ENGINEERING& ISLANDWIDE I LAND SURVEYING 280 Main Street-Suite 1,Farmingdale, NY 11735 December 10,2024 RE: 320 GLENN ROAD c/o ANNA M TEN NAPEL 320 GLENN ROAD—SOUTHOLD,NY 11971 SCTM No.1000-078-02-21 PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project involves a proposed 422 square foot second story addition, a proposed 153 square foot deck addition, the removal of an existing paver and relocated stairs to the rear of the deck.A 15 foot wide non-turf buffer will be added landward of the tidal wetlands boundary,as well. The current conventional septic system will be upgraded to a new low-nitrogen I/A system. The septic design will consist of an infiltrator IM-1060 septic tank, a septi-tech STAAR 0.5 I/A system with anti- buoyancy kit,and 52LF of 12" Infiltrator Quick 4 Plus Standard, which will be installed in front of the house. We will relocate the existing tree near the driveway but will preserve all other trees on the property.Additionally,a silt fence will be installed around the site to ensure proper erosion control until the area is fully stabilized.
