This Department has applications for additions to the existing decks on several
units at this location. I am requesting a determination of the minimum side yard
setback as it applies to the Planning Board Approval. The current setback under
Zoning would be 15 feet, however if your approved site plan had covenants and
restrictions regarding this yard setback, we would need to apply those
restrictions.
